Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in Los Angeles and FDAlink (Spherelink) hosted a seminar regarding FDA compliance issues on June 2005. U.S. Congress member Jane Harman recognized Spherelink for its efforts to educate communities.

FDAlink drafted a policy recommendation paper for U.S. Congressman Adam Schiff regarding difficulties for importers and small businesses when dealing with the FDA. The paper was delivered to the FDA Administrator.

FDAlink has been chosen as one of three recommended US FDA regulatory consulting firms by the US Commercial Services branch, of the US Dept. of Commerce, in Toronto, Canada.

FDAlink was interviewed by major Korean national television (MBC) companies regarding US FDA import issues.

FDAlink serves as an FDA columnist for a local radio station, and is a frequent contributor to various media reports about FDA issues.
